You never know with Young Thug. Though he'd been seen wearing women's clothing a handful of times, no one could've expected him to don a getup like the one seen on the album cover of JEFFERY, his third excellent project of the year. The stunt increased his peculiar charm to some and likely rubbed others the wrong way. His latest revelation will achieve the same effect. In a new joint interview with him and his adored fiancée Jerrika Karlae, part of VFILES' TMI series, Thug reveals that he and wife-to-be didn't have sex until six months after they started dating. He then admits, "I don't care for sex."
Indeed, Thug doesn't seem to be nearly as sex-obsessed as his raps would suggest. Thug disclosed his disinclination toward sex after explaining how he had never been in a relationship before meeting Karlae, despite having multiple baby mamas.
"We wasn't doing it on like no it's too early to have sex shit," says Thug of his initial abstinence with Karlae. "We really wasn't. I don't care for sex that much. I never ask to have sex with her, never, ever."
Jeffery then recalls that his first sexual encounter with Karlae was provoked by her. "Our first time doin' grown stuff, she did it," he explains. "She pulled me in the room like, 'Come here.'" Karlae, slightly embarrassed, then confirms that there had been six months of celibacy until that point. "It was really six months," she says. "I was like, 'What's wrong with this guy? He weird.'" She now seems to see Thug's attitude toward sex as one of the traits that makes him a catch. Watch their interview below.
