The "Space Jam" Air Jordan 11 will be making it's much anticipated return this December although the kicks will look noticeably different than the 2009 retro.
Of course, the 2016 Space Jams are still built on the familiar black and concord color scheme, but there are some updates that set this upcoming pair a part from previous releases like the 2009 retro.
For one, the cut of the patent leather is much higher up on the 2016 pair as opposed to the 2009 joint. This style is more reminiscent of the OG pair which Michael Jordan first wore during the 1995 playoffs.
Additionally, the upcoming Space Jam Air Jordan 11 features the "45" on the heel, a blue tinted outsole and special edition Loony Tunes packaging.
Take a look at how the 2016 Space Jam 11s stack up against the 2009 retro in the gallery above, and set aside $220 if you're planning to cop a pair when they return on December 10th.
