OVO Sound's Majid Jordan and PartyNextDoor have released some cinematic visuals for "One I Want" courtesy of director Adrian Martinez. The clip features some cryptic imagery, with extended hallways and doors like something out of the Matrix. Visually, Martinez uses many striking colors, which give this video a kaleidoscopic, trippy feel. Plus, it wouldn't be OVO Sound without a few dimes in the mix - it comes with the territory.
Rather than glamorizing it, the whole vibe seems to capture the banal side of an inebriated night. Actors sit on a bed, staring blankly, watching the singers perform through an odd series of stacked televisions. It's strange, but it's dope.
