Released back in May, Pell's Floating While Dreaming tape made us instant fans of the New Orleans rapper's personal brand of wordy, trippy hip-hop. Having already dropped a video for the tape's "Runaway," Pell has now released one for project closer 'Wait On Me." Check it out above.
Though Pell's decision to work with ukelele-loving indie pop artist Dent May may initially raise some eyebrows, the duo make 'Wait On Me" into a collaboration that one could describe as "Unexpected, Yet Dope." May lends his high-reaching falsetto to the song's hook, and Pell spits a pair of verses that show his knack for wordy lyricism.
Don't sleep on this dude.
