Beyonce had a big night when the 2014 MTV VMAs went down recently. The singer not only performed a medley of hits for 15 minutes, but received the honor of the Video Vanguard Award. Her whole family was present, aka Jay Z and Blue Ivy. Today we get a look at what happened behind-the-scenes during Beyonce's performance on the night of the VMAs. From the stage set-up to the choreography to the make-up to costume changes and more, it was a busy night. We even hear a few words from Blue Ivy as she congratulates her mother on the epic performance.
