Anthony Tiffith, Top Dawg's Top Dawg, went on Twitter tonight to share some insight into what his label has planned for the rest of the year. He confirmed that a Kendrick Lamar album is indeed on the way -- likely set for April 7th, and he has gone ahead and crowned it AOTY.
After Kendrick, the label's next release will be SZA's album, Tiffith revealed. The album, CTRL, will be her debut. She hasn't released a project since 2014's Z.
Tiffith went on to spill more exciting news: both ScHoolboy Q and Jay Rock have albums dropping this year. Q will follow Kendrick and SZA, and then Rock will drop his first album since 2015's 90059.
Looks like 2017 is shaping up to be another strong year for the West Coast powerhouse.
