Jay Rock shares teaser for upcoming "Road To Redemption."

Jay Rock is gearing up to drop his forthcoming album, Redemption later this month. Fans have been eagerly awaiting Top Dawg to finally drop his follow up to 2015's 90059. Earlier in the year, he dropped the single, "King's Dead" featuring Kendrick Lamar, Future and James Blake on Black Panther: The Album. The single also served as the first song off of Redemption. As he inches closer to the album's release date, he now shares a trailer for "Road To Redemption."

Before Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul and ScHoolboy Q joined Top Dawg Entertainment, Jay Rock was the first artist out of the camp to make noise. He's been in the game for a minute. His trailer for "Road To Redemption" highlights how far he's gone from his mixtape days to landing his first Hot 100 single with "King's Dead." The new trailer features appearances from Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul, ScHoolboy Q,in-house engineer, MixedByAli & more. Each one of them explaining the importance behind Jay Rock's music.

"Rock went out there and took all the punches. But we needed to have that to get where he are today," MixedByAli explained.

The trailer shares footage of Jay Rock in his times in Nickerson Garden to shooting the video for his most recent single, "Win."

Jay Rock's new album Redemption is dropping on June 15th. While the tracklist has yet to be revealed, it was reported that he and Jay-Z have a song on the album. Keep your eyes peeled for that.
