It's almost been a year since Tinashe first announced the title of her sophomore album, JOYRIDE. We've been patiently waiting for it since then, with a few false starts-- the singer dropped off a couple of singles, including Chris Brown-featured "Player," before slinking into the background of the music scene once more, as she focused on touring.
In April, we received an update by way of her tour postponement. The singer revealed to fans she was nixing her international tour dates in order to finish up JOYRIDE. Hopefully the announcement of this new single means she successfully finished up JOYRIDE, we'll have to see if more details arrive along with the record, "Superlove." Tinashe revealed the '80s ish single art and release date on Instagram this afternoon.
