Much like her arrival at the actual event, Rihanna is sharing her 2023 Met Gala photo dumps fashionably late. The annual event unfolded on the first Monday of May, but it wasn't until Friday (May 5), that the "Rude Boy" singer's Instagram feed lit up with more photos of her and the rapper's tributes to Karl Lagerfeld. She first surfaced on the red carpet in a white, floral gown that's been compared to icing piped on top of a cupcake on Twitter, but by the end of her walk, Rih revealed a beautiful white gown underneath, which perfectly hugged her quickly growing baby bump.
The 35-year-old looked undeniably bridal in her bright ensemble, and Rocky looked as dapper as ever by her side. He kept it business on the top half, layering a sharp black blazer over a white button-up and a thin tie. Beneath his various belts, the vibe was much wilder, with a traditional kilt layered over light-wash bedazzled jeans and black, silver-toed boots. In her first IG post of the day, Rihanna quipped about tying the knot earlier this week in the caption. "Shout outz 2 the bridal party... Here come de bride #idoKARL #METgala2023."

Seeing as it's become a tradition for some fashion houses to end each runway presentation with a bridal look, it only makes sense for Rihanna to be the last to arrive at the Met Gala with such an on-theme look. Throughout her carousel, we see various angles of her and the New Yorker posing for the media pit together, as well as a stunning snap that shows the sheer length of the Bad Gal's train. From the looks of her last selection, she and A$AP seem to have been all smiles for yet another New York City date night together.
Shortly after that landed, the expecting mother's post count grew by one more as she shared more sweet behind-the-scenes moments. "Just another manic Monday," her caption reads.
