Pusha T, aka the "young black Socrates," held a lecture at Harvard Business School.

Pusha T is the latest rapper to speak at an elite university, as Harvard students were treated to a lecture from the GOOD Music President, followed by a 45-minute Q&A session, on Thursday (Mar. 31).

"It was an amazing experience hearing a Harvard professor recite my lyrics at this lecture," Push wrote on Instagram in the caption of a video of said professor mentioning a line of his -- "I philosophize about glocks and keys / N*ggas call me young black Socrates" -- from the track "Momma I'm So Sorry," off Clipse's 2006 album Hell Hath No Fury

Elsewhere in the lecture and the ensuing discussion, Push covered topics such as hip-hop's glorification of the drug dealer lifestyle and how gangsta rap can be steered toward positive social consequences. He was asked about his mission as the new president of GOOD Music, to which he responded, "I feel like it's my job and my duty as well to help uplift the new creatives coming in." Hear a portion of his answer in the clip below.
