Strange things have been happening with Kendrick Lamar's highly anticipated To Pimp A Butterfly in the last 24 hours. First, the album became available to download (the clean version, mind you) on iTunes a week early, with a Spotify stream quickly following. TDE did not seem happy about this, pointing fingers at Interscope, while K. Dot remained calm, cool and collected. Soon, the explicit version became available for download on iTunes.
Now, nothing is available to download on iTunes. While the Spotify stream is still up, the album has reverted back to pre-order status on iTunes.
No word yet from Interscope or the TDE camp on all this, so we'll keep you posted.

It appears the pre-order status is just a mistake. Top Dawg's CEO tweeted that they are working on fixing it. See the tweet below.
