Tekashi 6ix9ine and Nicki Minaj's new single "Trollz" was the most popular music video on YouTube over the weekend, maintaining traction after debuting as the platform's #1 trending video. The official video surpassed the record that 6ix9ine smashed with "Gooba" but some fans are disturbed that another track wasn't performing better.
Fans of Lil Baby were frustrated that "The Bigger Picture" had 5 million views compared to Tekashi 6ix9ine and Nicki Minaj's 82+ million for "Trollz." The Atlanta native's new single consciously speaks about the protests and the Black Lives Matter movement, whereas "Trollz" is just talking shit to 69's haters.
DJ Akademiks posted a side-by-side comparison of their numbers this weekend but, surprisingly enough, Tekashi asked the hip-hop commentator to take down the post.
"You still got time to delete this," wrote the rainbow-haired artist. "Lil Baby my favorite rapper."
For once in his life, it looks like Tekashi 6ix9ine found somebody that he doesn't want smoke with.
While Lil Baby probably doesn't care one bit about 6ix9ine's declaration of support for him, he has been thankful for Lil Wayne's similar co-sign. Last month, he was a guest on Young Money Radio where Weezy called him his favorite rapper of the moment.
