Frank Ocean would like to legally change his name to Frank Ocean, however he needs to deal with a few tickets first.

Frank Ocean has taken a back seat when it comes to social media and all the drama it entails. He's also been low-key when it comes to music. Today the singer pops up in the news not because of any new music (although we hope that's on the way), but because he wants to legally change his name to Frank Ocean.

Alas, the government did not side with Frank Ocean, real name Christopher Breaux. His name change was reportedly denied because Ocean has too many tickets as well as a suspended license (and he's skipped several court dates). The singer got three tickets in a three month period, and the judge requested that Ocean clean up his driving record before he approves of any name change.
