For weeks, we've been reporting on the custody battle between Nipsey Hussle's baby mama and his siblings. Tanisha Foster, the mother of Nipsey's daughter Emani, has been attending court dates to work out her child's custody after the rapper's sister filed a motion to become Emani's legal guardian. It was reported that Foster was going through a hard time with this all, breaking down in tears while speaking to the judge. After missing a scheduled court appearance recently for a DUI case, it looks like Foster will be adding on to her current troubles because now, it's being reported that there is a warrant out for her arrest.
According to TMZ, Tanisha Foster is a wanted woman after missing out on a court date. Foster was busted for driving under the influence a couple of years ago and she's been fighting the case ever since but after missing a court appearance on May 15, a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
This will likely help Nipsey's brother and sister in proving their case that Foster isn't fit to take care of 10-year-old Emani full-time. They have been trying to gain custody of Nip's daughter for weeks and with several other crimes on Foster's books, including vandalism, annoying phone calls, and more, this will possibly serve in their favor.
Regarding the question of Emani's guardianship, a judge has not yet ruled in anybody's favor.
