Daymond John is just looking out for Kraft's best interests.

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is currently being offered a deal in his pending prostitution case. Kraft has pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor charges of first-degree solicitation. His charges were all part of a recent investigation into the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida. Over 100 men were allegedly caught on camera while soliciting sexual services in the day spa. The deal that prosecutors have laid out would require Kraft to admit that he'd be found guilty. In exchange for the admission, Kraft would have his charges dropped and would have to attend a course on the dangers of prostitution, get tested for an STD, as well as do 100 hours of community service.

TMZ Sports recently caught up with Shark Tank star and entrepreneur Daymond John, who urged Kraft to take the deal.

"I think he should do it. Why not educate yourself? It makes him look good. He's like the mayor of his city ... why not? John said. "It only shows he has a better education and when he can advise other people on what NOT to do wrong even if he made a mistake or not, he has the education."

We'll see if Kraft takes John's advice. So far there is no word yet if he will or not but with his March 28th court appearance on the horizon, we'll probably know soon.
