Kraft has been offered a deal in his pending case.

Robert Kraft and dozens of other men were implicated in a prostitution ring at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida. The allegations arose after Kraft was allegedly seen on camera soliciting prostitution on two separate occasions. Since then, the New England Patriots owner has pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor counts of first-degree solicitation. This week, Kraft was offered a deal to have all of his charges dropped. All he would need to do is admit that he'd be found guilty at trial and then do 100 hours of community service, a course on the dangers of prostitution, as well as STD testing.

The latest development in the case is that Kraft and 14 other suspects are filing a motion for a protective order that would make it impossible for any of the evidence against them to be made public, according to TMZ. This would include the alleged surveillance video which based on the charges, would be quite revealing.

This latest motion comes at an interesting time considering prosecutors have just offered Kraft and some of the other men a deal. There is no word yet on whether or not Kraft will accept it.

The Patriots owner is due back in court on March 28th.
