Gucci Mane
The rapper's previous troubles with the law could have forced him to cancel his shows.

Gucci Mane loves to parade his glow up on social media, but as much as the rapper has changed physically, he's been diligent in transforming his overall lifestyle. Years ago the name Gucci Mane was synonymous with legal trouble as the rapper found himself on the wrong side of the law on multiple occasions. In 2013, the Evil Genius artist was cited for a probation violation after he was caught carrying a gun. Gucci served 39 months behind bars for that offense and was released in 2016. Since that time, he's focused on turning his life around.

However, although it's obvious that the rapper has been walking the straight and narrow, he still finds himself running into obstacles because of his record. Later this month he's reportedly booked for 10 shows in five of Canada's provinces, but his lengthy rap sheet stood in the way of him being allowed across the border. According to TMZGucci will be able to make his upcoming performances because he had an immigration attorney help him acquire a temporary resident permit.

Plenty of artists with checkered pasts have been denied entry into Canada including G-Eazy, Lil WayneThe Game, Chris Brown, Coolio, and 50 CentLil Uzi Vert previously stated he couldn't get across the border and Kodak Black was reportedly denied back in March but later, somehow, crossed the border only to be arrested on firearms and drug charges upon re-entering the United States.
