Jun Takahashi's Undercover and Nike have been frequent collaborators for the past few years now. The two typically team up for lifestyle silhouettes, although now the dynamic duo is coming out with something special, in the Undercover x Nike SFB Mountain Boot. This particular model was inspired by the military service of its co-founder Bill Bowerman. While the silhouette hasn't been very popular over the last few years, Undercover and Nike are trying to change that with this collaboration.
The collab will be coming out in two colorways. The first one is obsidian, white, and red, while the second one is a basic triple-black colorway. This sneaker is made unique by its chunky midsole and utility aesthetic. Straps can be found on the toe box, while a toggle lacing system dresses up the tongue.
These might not be for everyone but if you're looking for a chunky boot that will get the job done in bad weather conditions, these will most certainly be for you.
According to Sole Collector, they will be released on April 15th for $350 USD. Check out the detailed images of the boot down below.
