Nike SFB Mountain Boot
Undercover and Nike are rumored to be teaming up once again.

When it comes to sneaker collaborations, Nike knows exactly what they're doing. They've done countless collabs over the years with some of the biggest designers and boutiques out there. One of the brands they love collaborating with is Jun Takahashi's Undercover. Typically, these collabs involve running shoes, particularly Air Maxes and most recently, the Nike React Element 87. Now though, thanks to information via Twitter use @pyleaks, it seems as though Undercover is going for an ambitious reimagining of the Nike SFB Mountain Boot. This particular model was originally created in 2015 and was inspired by the World War II Military service of Bill Bowerman.

According to Sole Collector, many of the details from the original shoe are still there, except now, Takahashi has added nylon straps that crisscross along the upper, as well as a toggle lacing system. As you can tell from the images, this is a pretty bulky boot with a large toe cap and chunky posterior. "The New Warriors" is written across the strap, while Undercover branding can be found on the heels and insoles.

As reported by @pyleaks, it seems as though this collab will be coming out in the summer in two colorways: "triple-black" and "Obsidian/University Red/Dark Obsidian." The current price associated with these is $350 USD.
