Young Thug teases new music in an impromptu live-stream.

While the reported Young Thug sessions with Travis Scott remain "untagged" for a lack of context, the impetus to keep trudging along hasn't slowed down as of yet. Just yesterday, Kodak Black and Juice WRLD joined Young Thug for an Instagram Live Session where the YSL rapper/mogul debuted 5 new songs, one after the other.

As is the custom nowadays, Kodak and Juice WRLD didn't actually have to show up at Thugger's home address to partake in the unveiling, thanks to Instagram's integrated dual chat system. The unnamed material and the spot appearances were documented in the following YouTube recap, courtesy of a YT channel specializing in the producorial aspects of hip-hop.

Young Thug is as unpredictable as they come, just ask his personal engineer Alex Tumay, who manages the whimsical turns of the recording process, better than anybody I would suspect. Back in September, Thugger promised his fans a follow-up to the Barter 6, a project many regard as his personal best, save for a few notable contenders.

As subsequent media postings seem to suggest, Young Thug is stopping at nothing to poach the personnel he wants for the sequel. No word as of yet when the project is slated to drop, but keep it peeled. Tumay is most certainly on the case in '19.
