If you've ever been curious to know which diss records Eminem has been influenced by while writing his own songs, today is your lucky day. On Christmas Eve, Eminem announced that he would be counting down his favorite diss records of all time. Many were interested in hearing what he would choose on his Top 12. Would he include any of his own tracks? Or was this a completely unbiased ranking without his own music. Yesterday, Shady decided to brighten up everybody's Christmas Day with some of the most scathing songs of all time on Shade 45.

In a year filled with diss records between Drake and Pusha-T, Em and MGK, and many others, it was only appropriate for Marshall to count down some of the greatest of all time. He went through some of the best feuds, including "The Bridge is Over" by Boogie Down Productions, "Roxanne's Revenge" by Roxanne Shante, "10% Diss" by MC Lyte, and more. The legendary Detroit spitter went on to speak about songs by Dr. Dre, LL Cool J, Del The Funky Homosapien and, of course, Ice Cube's "No Vaseline."

During the show, Em also spoke about how he writes his own diss records, noting that "each situation is different." Anybody expecting some new music was likely disappointed. However, it's still pretty special to get Em's take on this.
