Duke's freshman sensation Zion Williamson entered the college basketball season as the projected #1 overall pick in the NBA Draft and he has done nothing to hurt his stock through the team's first 16 games.

Williamson is averaging 21.2 points and 9.4 rebounds a game for the #1 ranked Blue Devils (14-2), which includes a career-best 35 points and 10 rebounds in their most recent game - an overtime loss to Syracuse.

Having proven he is worthy of the top selection, NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen thinks it's time for the 18-year old phenom to "shut it down."

"I think he's done enough for college basketball, that it's more about him personally now," Pippen said Tuesday during a segment on ESPN's "The Jump (H/T USA Today). "I think for him as a young player (pauses), I would shut it down. I would stop playing, because I feel that he could risk a major injury that could really hurt his career."

While many NBA mock drafts have Williamson being selected first overall, regardless of what team lands the coveted pick, Tracy McGrady thinks that Zion's teammate, RJ Barrett, might actually be the better prospect.

Still, T-Mac agrees with Pippen's remarks about shutting it down this season, rather than risking injury.
