Rapper Tekashi69, real name Daniel Hernandez and also known as 6ix9ine, Tekashi 6ix9ine, Tekashi 69, arrives for his arraignment on assault charges in County Criminal Court #1 at the Harris County Courthouse on August 22, 2018 in Houston, Texas.
Legally, Tekashi can't promote the gang.

For those who tuned into Tekashi 6ix9ine's latest release, one thing was clearly missing. Except for the song "FEFE," there are no Tr3way shoutouts on the album. In fact, there are moments (like on the Kanye West-assisted "KANGA") where Tekashi begins to deliver his battle cry before being stopped. "Yo, chill, chill, chill, chill, chill, woah, woah, woah. You cannot say that, bro, c'mon," interrupts TrifeDrew before Tekashi can drop the Nine Trey Bloods' signature. The rainbow-haired rapper has been screaming his allegiance to the gang on songs for the last year, and some believe that he stopped short of the signature drop this time around due to his legal troubles.

As many of you may know, Tekashi was embroiled in a sex video case where a minor was involved. At the end of October, a judge sentenced Tekashi to four years of probation and 1,000 hours of community service. He was also banned from associating with gang activity, which would be a violation of his probation. The reason that the "Gummo" rapper's Tr3way drop is missing is due to legal woes, but not the current RICO case that has placed Tekashi in jail. He is currently looking at 25-life in prison
