It's official. Tekashi 6ix9ine will not be spending any time in prison for his involvement in the controversial case that has followed him around for years. Earlier today, it was reported that members of his team had started to say their goodbyes to him as they expected a long sentence to be handed down to the colorful rapper. It turns out that the bible verse he posted earlier today gave him a ton of luck because TMZ is saying that he won't be headed to prison. The judge instead opted to extend Tekashi's probation for four more years.
Back in October 2015, 6ix9ine pled guilty to using a minor in a sex act, which is something that has left a bad taste in many people's mouths since his rise to fame. His sentencing took place today and 6ix9ine will be sure to let everybody know that he's officially 1/1 in court when it comes to getting off with a slap on the hand. Instead of jail time, the judge in his case has sentenced Tekashi to four years of probation. He has already been serving one year so technically, he'll only need to be careful for the next three years as any violation is subject to a resentencing. He has also been ordered to perform 1,000 hours of community service and avoid all gang activity. That means 6ix9ine is no longer allowed to rep Blood in his videos.
This is great news for 6ix9ine and his fans as things weren't looking too good for a minute.
