It's no secret that Drake has been itching to get back in the booth, having already revealed his new album is in the works. In fact, we might have received a recent hint at a potential sonic direction, after Virgil Abloh previewed a smooth collaboration between Drizzy and Swae Lee during a Coachella set. Now, Drake has once again fuelled speculation with a cryptic Instagram post, in which he dons a dapper ensemble while sharing fragments of lyrics from Smoke Boys "Mad About Bars."

"Mum said I’m handsome life still ugly uh
Trust me
Said it wasn’t us when she heard us on radio
But she said must be..."
Once again, Drake has drawn inspiration from a Grime act, which may very well point to a shifting direction for the occasionally chameleon-esque artist. Still, given that Drizzy has been spending time overseas during his Assassination Vacation tour, it wouldn't be surprising to see him reverting to a sound once dabbled on More Life. Perhaps, given the reception with which Scorpion was might, it would be nice to see Drake come through with some more "fire in the booth."
