In a Shade 45 interview with DJ Whoo Kid this morning, 50 Cent discussed Nelson Mandela's legacy, Ja Rule, his latest projects and much more.
During a G-Unit tour of Africa in 2008, 50 visited Mandela in Johannesburg, South Africa, an experience he describes as "amazing" and enlightening.
"You're still not prepared for people that have such a strong impression on people coming up and that and those are people dedicated to helping others," said 50. "When I think about when I was out there experiencing that and meeting him, that's like meeting the king of somewhere."
Fif also spoke on Animal Ambition, his upcoming prelude to Street King Immortal.
"I'm going to drop it in January, it's a full body of work," he said. "I wouldn't call it a mixtape because it's a higher grade than the material that I put out on mixtapes. I recorded so many album-quality songs that I'm going to put the Animal project out as my viral marketing plan, and then it will come out after, Street King Immortal."
