The drama continues.

It seems like plenty of artists have been announcing either the end of their music careers or a break up from their respective group. For instance, Lil Uzi Vert says he is stepping away from the rap game, while Nav showed support for Uzi saying he would do the same thing. Slim Jxmmi, was one of those artists making announcements, saying he was splitting up with Swae Lee and that Rae Sremmurd was over. When the news broke of the split, Trippie Redd took to DJ Akademiks' Instagram comments, saying "He finally realized we only listen to Swae parts."

This created a beef between the two, where Slim Jxmmi took to Twitter saying "Stay in a child's place."

Trippie then went to his Instagram story to say "@slimjxmmi music trash and he a bitch."

Now Slim Jxmmi is clapping back once again. On his Instagram story, the Rae Sremmurd rapper said "You can't fight @trippieredd."

As of right now, it's still unclear as to why these two have tension between one another. Trippie's initial response to the Rae Sremmurd split came out of nowhere and was seemingly unwarranted.

Trippie is no stranger to beef though as he spent much of 2018 beefing with Tekashi 6ix9ine.
