Lorne Michaels is here for the conversation on mental health.

Pete Davidson has been having a rough couple weeks, but luckily he's got people in his corner. Lorne Michaels apparently came to his aide this past weekend and is connecting him with some professional help. Someone who Page Six refers to simply as "a source," said that "the decision was taken to give Pete a break on Saturday night – his sketches were dropped before the early evening rehearsals."

Lorne Michaels, who Kanye refers to on Twitter as "the goat," "has pledged to help all he can, including sending Pete to get help." The cast of SNL also has Davidson's interests at heart, they are "hugely protective of him and were obviously upset — particularly Colin Jost and Michael Che on ‘Weekend Update.'"

The reason for all this is a now-deleted Instagram post where Davidson wrote: "I just want you guys to know. No matter how hard the internet or anyone tries to make me kill myself. I won't. I'm upset I even have to say this," which prompted fans and haters alike to worry about their fellow human being. Arian Grande, his ex, who thrust him into the spotlight when they got engaged earlier this year, went to see him at SNL as soon as she heard the news but was turned away. Rapper Machine Gun Kelly also went to visit him and see if he's ok:
