Shout-out to whoever is running Walmart's social media accounts. The major corporation may have absolutely nothing to do with hip-hop but when they choose to get involved, they do it in a fierce manner. Last night, Nicki Minaj let us all hear her latest freestyle over Blueface's "Thotiana" and already, Walmart wants a piece of the pie. When one of Minaj's fans tweeted that she was leaving Walmart so she could listen to the new remix, the company responded by declaring that they were about to drop a song of their own. Strangely enough, they actually came through with some bars.
Once Nicki caught wind of the tweet, she replied with a few crying emojis. She obviously had no clue what was about to hit her. "This our freestyle, boppiana/Got that pharmacy, poppiana/Come in for what you need, stoppiana/Clean up on Aisle 3, moppiana," rhymed Walmart in her mentions. You have to admit that they actually came through. If they really wanted to step up their game though, they would have taken a cue from Chester Cheetah and actually recorded the track. Nevertheless, Nicki was impressed. She responded with her approval, saying, "The fact that this is actually 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥omg 😂😂😂."
Her enthusiastic reply makes this even funnier. Who's here for a Nicki Minaj ft. Walmart single on her next album?
