Swizz Beatz has extremely lofty plans for the future. Once he drops Poison, he already has the themes and concepts for this next three albums. Thinking that far ahead, it's exciting to ponder the potential impact of Poison, which is set to feature Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, Pusha T and others. The album is currently expected to arrive on November 2 and we've already heard a few snippets, as well as the full single for "Pistol On My Side." J. Cole was previously announced as the executive producer and while a release date and tracklist are already pretty stable, there is still some work to be done.
Swizzy posted up with Cole on Instagram, taking a screenshot of their FaceTime call to assure everybody that while things may seem set in stone for his next release, there is still some "plotting and planning" going on. The two didn't reveal exactly what was on the agenda for the day but whatever it is, it doesn't seem too serious.
With Poison on the horizon, many are excited to hear what Swizz has in store for us come November. Collaborations with The Lox, Young Thug, Nas, 2 Chainz and others with J. Cole as an executive producer definitely sounds like an interesting combination.
