Kanye West is continuing with his battle against what he believes is harmful behavior to self-worth. West's "all love" mindstate has led him down some questionable paths this year, including his adoration of Donald Trump. The self-titled genius has been spreading love in a less controversial direction recently, choosing to attack the structure of social media. West suggested that likes and followers should be hidden, because society uses them as a method to rank value. "Having your amount of likes on display for the world to see and judge is like showing how much money you have in the bank or having to write the size of your dick on your t shirt," wrote West on Twitter.
Ye continued on with his social media reform mission statement with a suggestion that mental health is being detrimentally affected by likes. "There are people who are committing suicide due to not getting enough likes," tweeted West. "Seeking validation in the simulation. We need a live-streamed meeting with Jack Dorsey Kevin Systrom Mike Krieger Mark Zuckerberg and Evan Spiegal." West ended with a meme that brought his idea together seamlessly.
