Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse is coming to theaters this winter and the production is gaining anticipation through its trailers. The latest features Nicki Minaj who laid down some verses for the film's soundtrack.
Nicki shared the animated clip that included a snippet of her music with her following. The rapper let the content speak for itself choosing to post the video without a caption. Viewers can hear her voice punctuate the characters' dialogue as the action unfolds.
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse stars Shameik Moore in the lead role of Miles Morales who is one of many Spider-Men while the action takes place in a shared multiverse called "Spider-Verse." The cast also includes alongside Hailee Steinfeld, Mahershala Ali, Jake Johnson, Liev Schreiber, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, and Lily Tomlin. The film is a computer-animated movie based on Marvel Comics, produced by Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation in association with Marvel.
Phil Lord and Christopher Miller had announced their production plans in 2014. Miller commented on their vision's unicity among the many iterations of Spider-Man movies, stating that the upcoming film "will stand on its own as a unique filmgoing experience."
The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on December 14, 2018.
