Today in NBA Player Conspiracy Theories: Golden State Warriors' All-Star Stephen Curry doesn't believe astronauts really landed on the moon.

Curry and teammate Andre Iguodala recently made an appearance on The Ringer's "Winging It" podcast, hosted by Atlanta Hawks teammates Vince Carter and Kent Bazemore, and during their discussion - right around the 45-minute mark - Curry floated the question of whether the moon landing was real.

The quick conversation went like this:

"Curry: 'We ever been to the moon?'

Multiple responders: 'Nope.'

"Curry: 'They're gonna come get us. I don't think so, either.'"

Curry's remarks about space exploration come a week after NASA landed the InSight lander on Mars - though he didn't mention if he thinks that was a hoax as well. Like Kyrie Irving was grilled about his Flat Earth theory, Curry can expect to be questioned about his moon landing take the next time he speaks with reporters - which should be before and/or after tonight's home game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The two-time NBA MVP is averaging 29.6 points, 5.8 assists and 5.1 rebounds in 16 games this season. The Warriors have also climbed to the top of the Western Conference standings with an overall record of 18-9.
