Now that LeBron James is officially a member of the Los Angeles Lakers, Nike will be releasing plenty of purple and gold colorways of his signature line, including the upcoming LeBron 16. Nike will likely officially introduce LeBron's 16th signature sneaker in September, but early sample images have already surfaced, including on the feet of the man himself.
LeBron shared an on-foot look at the LeBron 16 via Instagram stories today, revealing a sneaker with that familiar Flyknit construction, as well as the visible Zoom/Max Airbag that was utilized on the LeBron 15. The kicks also feature LeBron's lion logo on the heel and his LJ crown logo on the tongue, as well as a Nike swoosh towards the heel, reminiscent of the Nike LeBron 3.
Nike traditionally reveals LeBron's newest signature sneaker in early September, which leads us to believe they'll follow the same route with the LeBron 16.
