Morgan Freeman is the latest Hollywood heavyweight to be accused of sexual harassment by a bevy of women. The Oscar Winner's on-set behaviour reportedly involved inappropriate comments, gestures, as well as trying to lift up a woman's skirt to see if she was wearing any undergarments. Eight individuals eventually came forward to CNN, who published this explosive exposé that has since took the world by storm.
Freeman apologized for his behaviour, deeming it unintentional. "Anyone who knows me or has worked with me knows I am not someone who would intentionally offend or knowingly make anyone feel uneasy. I apologize to anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected — that was never my intent."
However, Entertainment Tonight has released behind-the-scenes footage of the actor spewing distasteful remarks towards female interviewers. The Million Dollar Baby star is seen asking reporter Ashley Crossan whether or not she fools around "with older guys," before commenting on her backside as she walked away from their interview.
During another instance, Freeman was particularly relentless when commenting on ET's correspondent Janet Mock's choice of apparel during their sit-down. "You got a dress that’s halfway between your knee and your hips, and you sit down right across from me and you cross your legs," before staring at her physique rather questionably.
