A couple days ago reports were swirling that Bruno Mars was readying his role as Prince in an upcoming Netflix biopic. Sources alleged that he was nervous to take on the part since Prince has always been an idol to him, but Billboard now reports that the "nerve-racking move of his career" is an elaborate lie. A representative tells the publication that the rumours are "100 percent false.”
Apparently, Netflix does not have a film on Prince lined up or in development at all.
Bruno Mars is still on the road for his 24K Magic World Tour and instead of Cardi B by his side, he's swapped in Ciara as his opener. "Most important thing is you and your family's health. I know the fans will understand. You are absolutely doing the right thing," Bruno sent to Cardi after she canceled due to the birth of her child.
"I also know we'll share the stage with the time is right. We love you Cardi and we will play Bodak Yellow every night in your honor. Please give your baby girl a hug from me and a hug on behalf of everyone on the 24K magic Tour."
