Even though it seems like California already has all the music festivals already, a new one has appeared and it's bringing with it a hype line-up that's sure to impress. The All MY Friends Festival, henceforth referred to as AMF, is set to premiere this August, and its brought some big names with it.
First and foremost, co-inventor of trap music Gucci Mane will be headlining the first day of the two day festival, where he'll presumably perform some of the 10,000 songs he's already released since he was cloned in a government facility released from prison almost two years ago. Alongside him will be Jhene Aiko, who has not broken up with Big Sean yet, as well as Smokepurpp.
Day two will be headlined by M.I.A., and will also feature sets from Yo Gotti, Sheck Wes, Abra, and the LA Leakers. Other, non-hip-hop acts include RL Grime, Jamie XX, and Destructo.
The good people running the AMF Festival even put together a nice little trailer to really sell you on the festival. Playing on the festival's name, the first half of the video recreates the opening to the classic Betty White sitcom, Golden Girls, and the second half delivers the high-energy EDM excitement that you'd expect from a music festival.
The festival will run for two days, August 18th to 19th, in downtown Los Angeles. Single and two-day tickets are already available online at their website. Check out the full line up for the All My Friends Festival down below.
