June 24th marks BET's 2018 Music Awards and the anticipated award show is calling on Jamie Foxx once again to lead as host. Jamie first emceed the show in 2009 that took place several days after the passing of Michael Jackson, that saw the event lead as a special tribute to the star. The ceremony takes place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles and the artist with the most nominations is DJ Khaled with six nods and Kendrick Lamar behind with five.
Some of Khaled's nods include Best Collaboration on “Wild Thoughts" and “Top Off,” Album of the Year and Video of the Year. Last year Saturday Night Live’s Leslie Jones hosted the show with performances by Bruno Mars, Mary J. Blige, Migos, SZA, Xscape and more.
In other news surrounding Jamie, he recently spilled the beans on how he taught the elaborate Diddy to throw a party on a $400 budget. He said he simply showed Diddy that you can grab some KFC, a few bottles of coke and place them on dishes and boom, people will be pleased. Check out his explanation here.
