The trio that is YBN Nahmir, Yo Gotti and G-Eazy took time from their solo endeavours to connect for a live performance of their collaboration, "1942." Jimmy Kimmel Live hosted the event to promote the movie Uncle Drew where the song is featured on the official soundtrack. Being as the movie is centered around basketball (starring Kyrie Irving and Shaq) the guys performed the song on a makeshift basketball court with bleachers filled with fans dancing along - watch below.
The young homie YBN previously spoke with XXL (before he locked down a spot on this year's Freshman List) talking about his fame. "I'm a real rapper," he said. "I'm not bullshitting. That's what prolly bring people back. I make short music sometimes, but I make sure I go crazy on the song so people can go back to it and be like, 'Damn, you hear this lil' nigga? I wish the song was longer!'"
YBN joins Ski Mask The Slump God, Lil Pump, Smokepurpp, J.I.D., Stefflon Don, Blocboy JB, Wifisfuneral and Trippie Redd on 2018's XXL's class roster.
