Logic and Kevin Gates are looking at highly successful first-week.

Anyone who released their project on September 28th sacrificed the number one spot on the Billboard 200. Lil Wayne's long-awaited Tha Carter V finally dropped that day, along with Logic's YSIV and Kevin GatesLuca Brasi 3, but Weezy is already projected to have one of the biggest streaming weeks in history. Despite this, it looks like Logic and Kevin Gates will still manage to make their way in the top 5 on the Billboard 200.

Kevin Gates and Logic definitely won't nab the number one spot Billboard's album chart, but they'll come close. According to Billboard, both artists respective projects are predicted to debut within the top five on the Billboard 200. Logic's fourth installment in his Young Sinatra series could end the week with 160K units sold. This will mark Logic's fifth top 10 album on the chart following Bobby Tarantino II, Everybody, The Incredible True Story and Under Pressure

As for Kevin Gates, the rapper is gearing up to join Logic and Lil Wayne in the top five on the Billboard 200. The rapper's latest project, Luca Brasi 3 - which marks his first official full-length project since his release from prison this year - is expected to move 70K in the first week, marking his third top 10 album on the chart. His debut album, Islah debuted at number one in 2016 while By Any Means 2 debuted at number 4.
