Drake has always had the appearance of being a very open person, and is more than willing to poke fun at himself (remember the reaction to his "Hotline Bling" video?). Today, he continued to laugh at himself by sharing a video that even the most fervent Drake-hater might get a kick out of.
Drake's latest single off his upcoming Scorpion album, "Nice For What," was a smash success debuting instantly at number one only to replace Drake's other single, "God's Plan," from the top spot. When Drake dropped the video for the track, the obvious stand-outs were the litany of cameos from different famous and successful women, including Olivia Wilde, Serena Williams, and Tiffany Haddish. At the beginning of the video, Drake is seen roller skating around an empty room, gliding alongside the Murda Beatz production.
That being said, roller skating isn't as easy as it looks, a lesson Drake learned first-hand while shooting this video. In a video he shared on his Instagram this morning, the viewer can see a behind the scenes look at Drake skating around on set, only for him to completely wipe out during one of the turns.
Drake obviously survived this harrowing ordeal without too much damage, but he does catch a bit of air in the video. Drake shared this video as a fun moment to show his fans, but knowing Drake there's a pretty high possibility that we'll be seeing this video memed to death in the very near future.
