We're just days away from the much-anticipated UFC 229 PPV event on Saturday, October 6 which includes a co-main event featuring Tony Ferguson vs Anthony Pettis and, of course, Lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov against Conor McGregor. Ahead of this Saturday's PPV, UFC cameras have been following the four fighters as part of their UFC 229 Embedded series, which is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog.
On the latest episode of UFC 229 Embedded, Nurmagomedov takes in BJJ and BBQ with the Vegas branch of his MMA family, while McGregor continues his training at the UFC Performance Institute. The two fighters will be in the same building again on Thursday, October 4 at the Park Theater inside MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The pre-fight presser and weigh-in is reportedly set to kickoff at 3pm local time, though it wouldn't come as a shock if someone shows up fashionably late.
Khabib is still predicted to retain but his odds have dropped to -155, while Conor is now a +125 underdog. Former interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson is a heavy favorite (-360) against Anthony Pettis, who is listed as a +270 underdog.
