Jay-Z Says There's "New Rules" While Acknowledging Wale, J. Cole & Kanye West On Twitter

This Sunday Jay-Z shook up the rap game when it was announced he'd been releasing a new album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, in around two weeks, but first releasing it for Samsung Galaxy users for free on July 4th. The rap game is definitely changing, with Hov and Kanye West's minimal album promo a testament to it. 

This big announcement seemed to be important enough for Jay-Z aka S_C_ to take to Twitter. The rapper hasn't tweeted very much, but he sent out six tweets in the past 24 hours (which he says fills up his yearly quota). Hov's tweets not only mention his own upcoming release, but as well as his counterparts, Wale, J. Cole and Kanye. They are all defining the 'new rules' according to Jay.
