This year, we've received albums from pretty much everybody and we're still expecting to hear works by some of the best artists in the game. Everybody's "Album of the Year" lists are becoming pretty full but there's definitely still room for a game-changing album to take a high spot. Earlier in the year, 2 Chainz announced his upcoming album Rap Or Go To The League, which still does not have a release date. Last month, we heard from Kodak Black as he said that we should expect a new album from him pretty soon. It looks as though both are teaming up as well, not for an album but on some upcoming "hard shit," alluding to a single that might be on one of their projects.
Tity Boi and Kodak posted up in the studio to let everybody know of just how dope their upcoming track is. All Chainz had to say was "stay tuned," and he can assure that we're ready whenever they are. Kodak appears to be working with all of his favorite artists since being released from jail, confirming studio collaborations with Pharrell, Post Malone, Travis Scott, and more. Of course, we've already heard his track with Gucci Mane and Bruno Mars.
Neither has announced much about their respective projects but it's likely that the song they made together will make it onto one of their tracklists. Are you looking forward to their collab?
