NFL Schedule: Season-Opener, First Monday Night Game & More

The full NFL schedule will be announced tonight at 8pm ET.

The 2018 NFL schedule will be announced in its entirety tonight at 8:00pm ET on the NFL Network, but some games have already leaked including the season-opener.

According to reports, the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles will host the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday, September 6 to kickoff the 2018 NFL season. The last time these two teams met was in the NFC Divisional Round last season, when Nick Foles and the Eagles defeated the Falcons 15-10 en route to their Super Bowl LII victory over New England.

In addition to Eagles vs Falcons on September 6, the first Monday Night Football game of the year has been revealed as the New York Jets hosting the Detroit Lions on September 10.

Dates for the NFL's four international games have also leaked ahead of tonight's schedule reveal. Those games are as follows, according to NFL.com.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Oakland Raiders, Tottenham stadium, Oct. 14 at 1 p.m. ET (FOX)

Tennessee Titans vs. Los Angeles Chargers, Wembley Stadium, Oct. 21 at 9:30 a.m. ET (CBS)

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Jacksonville Jaguars, Wembley Stadium, Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m. ET (NFL Network)

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Los Angeles Rams, Estadio Azteca, Nov. 19 at 8:15 p.m ET (ESPN)

The league has also announced new start times for prime time games in the upcoming season. According to NFL.com, Monday Night Football games will now start at 8:15pm ET, which is just 15 minutes earlier than last season. Sunday Night Football has moved up from an 8:30pm ET kickoff to 8:20pm ET, and Thursday Night Football will also underway at 8:20pm ET, as opposed to 8:25pm ET.
