France and Belgium meet for a spot in the World Cup Final.

World Cup action resumes today with the first semifinal matchup, pitting France against Belgium in a match that will kickoff at 2:00pm ET. As always, the game will air on Fox and Telemundo.

According to CBS Sports, France is the favorite of all four remaining teams to win the World Cup, with odds of 2-1, although Belgium isn't far off with odds of 11-4. As such, France is slightly favored to win today's semifinal showdown.

Per CBS Sports, "France enters Tuesday's clash against Belgium at +150 on the money line, meaning you'd need to bet $100 on a France victory to win $150. Belgium enters this semifinal showdown at +200 (wager $100 to win $200), while a draw in regulation is +230."

After winning Group C with a total of seven points, France defeated Argentina 4-3 in the Round of 16 and eliminated Uruguay last Friday by the final of 2-0. Now, France will face their toughest opponent yet in Belgium, who has been victorious in every match so far, including a 1-0 win against England in the Group G finale. Belgium came from behind to beat Japan 3-2 in the Round of 16 and then outlasted Brazil in the Quarterfinals on Friday to advance to this stage.

France last made the World Cup semifinals in 2006. They won it all in 1998. Belgium, on the other hand, has not reached the semifinals in 32 years and they've never played in the finals.

The winner of today's matchup will take on the winner of England vs Croatia, which kicks off tomorrow at 2:00pm ET. The World Cup Final is scheduled for Sunday, July 15 at 11:00am ET.
