It started out innocently at first, with Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande hitting the angles with daisy ear filters adorning their faces. Nicki would count down “one, two three,” before both ladies would tell viewers to “eat my ass” and burst into a fit of giggles soon after.

The two women have been attached at the hip as of late as they most recently added onto their catalog of collaborations, with Grande previously previewing heir “The Light Is Coming” track to be found on her upcoming Sweetener album. While no official audio as arrived yet, the pairing did debut the track during a performance at iHeartRadio’s Wango Tango last weekend.
Both Grande and Minaj's forthcoming efforts re slated for release in August. While Nicki Minaj’s Queen is tentatively scheduled to arrive on the 10th of the month, Ariana’s Sweetener has not yet locked down an official date.
Last week, Minaj debuted the cover art of her effort, drawing inspiration from the depicted garb of ancient African royalty, the new artwork stemmed from the minds of London-based photography duo Mert and Marcus. The effort is preceded by the “Barbie Tingz” and “Chun-Li” singles and according to Mianj in her sit-down with Zane Lowe, it probably never would have arrived without the push from fans.
“I want to say, I’ve been reading your tweets. I’m glad you love the records," she said during the interview. "I feed off of your energy and I love you. Without you, I didn’t know if I would’ve put out another album.”
