The man who broke into Rihanna's home last week is facing 3 felony charges.

In case you missed it, Rihanna’s Los Angeles home was broken into & burglarized last week by a man stalker who was hiding in her home for at least an entire day. The man was only found after cops were alerted by an notification that triggered the alarm. He even had the audacity to tell police he just wanted to have sex with the pop singer, and not rape her. However thankfully Rihanna was not home at the time of the break-in and no harm was done. The man of course was eventually arrested inside her home after being tasered and is now facing 3 felony charges.

According to TMZ, 26 year-old Eduardo Leon was set to face a judge Monday afternoon in L.A., but before he even could arrive to court, he was charged with stalking, burglary and vandalism, all three of which are felonies. He was also charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest as well.

To make matters worse, Leon allegedly broke into another home a week earlier, thinking it was Rihanna’s. He was booked for residential burglary and trespassing for that as well, before getting out.

This all comes while Rihanna is in the midst of launching her sexy new Fenty lingerie line, which has caused a lot of frustration on the side of fans. We'll continue to keep you posted on Ri-Ri moving forward.
