Keith Ape spits bars in his native tongue.

Korean rapper Keith Ape has transcended cultural and linguistic boundaries. As part of the ever-spreading 88 Rising movement, Ape has never faltered in keeping his heritage at the forefront of his music. Despite rapping in his native tongue, North American audiences have come to appreciate his frenetic delivery; now more than ever, raw energy has become a driving factor in hip-hop music, with punk-rock comparisons emerging with increasing frequency. While Keith Ape will likely avoid smashing guitars, at least for the time being, his music makes for undeniably appropriate mosh-pit music.

One thing is for certain. Ape has grown fond of collecting diamond-strewn watches, a lavish habit shared by many of his North American peers. For those who appreciate the 88 Rising movement, be sure to support Keith Ape's upcoming EP, Born Again, dropping tomorrow October 12th.
