The curious nature of Young Thug and his quirky personality continues. Earlier this year, Thugger stated that he would not be releasing any new music until 2019 as he plans to go the full year honoring his deaf brother. Thug said that he wanted to bring attention to those who are unable to enjoy music because of a hearing disability. However, it appears as though his plans may have changed as the Slime Season 3 artist has been previewing some new music. Whether or not the snippets are from a feature spot or if he has a solo project on the way, Thug fans will be happy to hear they likely do not have to wait another nine months for new music.
In an Instagram live-stream, Thugger showed off a new song while he Milly Rocked for the camera. While the audio quality is not pristine, it sounds like Thug is only on a shorter section of the song where he emulates some of his older sounds. The details of the track are unknown but it definitely sounds like a banger. Hopefully, the rapper isn't simply teasing his fans and plans to release this before year-end.
